Goldennifty analyzing team said, Indian equities bounced back on Thursday snapping earlier losses. At 9.21 a.m., the Sensex was Stock Market trading up 177.41 points or 1.08% at 16,628.88 with 28 components gaining. The BSE Sensex opened with a gain of 122.40 points or 0.74% at 16,573.87, while the broad based NSE Nifty trading started with a rise of 39.20 points or 0.79%, at 4,995.00. http://www.goldennifty.com
Reliance Industries contributed rise of 32.05 points in the Sensex. It was followed by I C I C I Bank (27.12 points), State Bank Of India (13.02 points), H D F C Bank (12.95 points) and Larsen & Toubro (12.05 points).
However, Bharti Airtel contributed fall of 9.04 points in the Sensex. It was followed by Tata Consultancy Services (0.33 points), Sun Pharmaceutical Industries (0.72 points), ACC (1.09 points) and Wipro (1.21 points).
Major gainers in the 30-share index were D L F (2.68%), Tata Steel (2.67%), Maruti Suzuki India (2.50%), I C I C I Bank (2.40%), Hindalco Industries (2.30%), and Hero Honda Motors (2.20%). http://www.goldennifty.com
